About

I am a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine in the North West of England, having graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012.

I’ve developed a keen interest in career decision making having made a few decisions, back tracked, side stepped, paused and regrouped for various reasons over the last 10 years.

I’ve witnessed and helped colleagues negotiate a variety of career challenges by offering a listening ear whilst supporting, allowing them the space to positively think and facilitate their own career moves.

I understand the challenges of balancing a career and objectives outside of work and would love to help you do the same. My career to date enables me to understand the challenges facing not only health care professionals but those in other industries and would welcome the chance to work with you.
